Our Commitment
Biciid Center for Culture & Nature is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labels throughout the platform
- Keyboard navigable interfaces
- Sufficient color contrast ratios
- Text alternatives for non-text content
- Responsive design for all screen sizes
- Clear and consistent navigation
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some older content or third-party integrations may not yet meet all standards. We are actively working to address these areas.
Feedback
If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our platform, please contact us at info@biciid.com or visit our Support Center. We take all feedback seriously and aim to respond within 2 business days.
