By accessing or using Biciid Center's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Biciid Center for Culture & Nature provides cultural heritage preservation, digital archiving, educational programs, community engagement tools, and related services. Services include but are not limited to: membership programs, Tiraab AI, the Forum, the Magazine, Heritage Archives, and the Training Center.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Use the Services for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Biciid Center a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Services. Cultural and heritage content contributed may be archived for preservation purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and technology on this platform are owned by Biciid Center or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Membership & Payments

Some Services require paid membership. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms. Biciid Center reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Refund policies are outlined in your membership agreement.

8. Termination

Biciid Center may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Support Center or by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

Biciid Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
