    This Policy ensures that all funding relationships uphold the integrity, independence, and mission of Biciid Center.

    Ethical Funding Principles

    • Independence — Funding must not compromise institutional autonomy.
    • Transparency — All funding sources must be documented and disclosed internally.
    • Alignment — Funding must align with cultural preservation and educational objectives.
    • Non-Exploitation — No donor may influence heritage content or research outcomes improperly.

    Prohibited Funding Sources

    Biciid Center will not accept funding that:

    • Promotes extremism
    • Supports cultural exploitation
    • Requires distortion of heritage narratives
    • Violates international sanctions

    Conflict of Interest

    Staff and leadership must disclose:

    • Personal financial interests
    • Related-party transactions
    • Potential donor influence conflicts

    Undisclosed conflicts may result in disciplinary review.

    Use of Funds

    All funds must:

    • Be allocated according to documented budgets
    • Be tracked transparently
    • Be subject to internal financial controls

    Misuse of donor funds is grounds for termination.

    Reporting & Accountability

    Biciid Center commits to:

    Anti-Corruption

    The organization prohibits:

    Ethical Review
